    It's the nature of the beast for anyone, including politicians and the media, to be greedy.  It's also the nature of the beast to take the easy way out, to take no risk, to want to avoid being the one who didn't authorize something that then results in harm.  If you're going to let some off the hook on the theory that "It's the nature of the beast", then everyone ends up being let off the hook.

    No, we need to judge them all; hold them all to a higher standard than has been done.  They're placed in positions of trust and when they don't meet the standards, we need to blame them.

      using these tools for personal vendettas we find the following.
