There was a restaurant/bar in Laurel, MD, called Delaney's Irish Pub.  They sold what they described as Irish pizza, and it had the thinnest, crispiest crust I've ever eaten.  The pizza was delicious, and the crust was so thin, I swear I could have eaten a large pizza myself.

Oh, and the pizza was rectangular.  Perhaps that's a Maryland thing.

But you said there was a restaurant...not that I'd ever get there, but too bad if it's gone. Might make me a real pizza fan.

The only rectangular pizza I've had is Sicilian, but the ones I've had are too thick and doughy. I think that's Chicago-style. When I first moved to NYC there was a chain (3) of pizza places - Goldberg's. Everybody recommended it. They served the deep-dish style. I stuck with the corner places. Many times, my dinner was a slice - they were so big!
