    1. Can you put forth a simplified version of what the poison pill does or could do? I had trouble following both the reproduced and your analysis.

    2. This is for people who buy phones and then cannot use them on other networks if they own it outright, correct? Obviously it wouldn't affect 2-year agreements that discount or make 'free' a new phone, etc.

      and change which carrier they use.

      However, if they sold or gave their phone to a third party, that party would not be able to unlock and sell the phone in the US.  

      The most important way to protect the environment is not to have more than one child.
