    each judge rips apart the limited arguments of the states.

    I particularly enjoyed this part of this one:

    Therefore the Court finds the argument that allowing same-sex couples to marry will undermine procreation is nothing more than an unsupported “overboard generalization” that cannot be a basis for upholding discriminatory legislation…

    Accordingly, the Court finds Defendants have failed to show - and the Court has been unable to find - some rational relationship between Section 32 and a legitimate governmental purpose  The court finds Section 32 is unconstitutional because without a rational relationship to a legitimate government purpose, it denies same-sex couples the benefits, dignity and value of celebrating marriage and having their out-of-state marriage recognized.
