the choices aren't only jumping off cliffs or slow progress.

To that point, look at the the changes in this country over the last 30 or so years, and let me know where slow progress has landed the middle class. Then compare that to where action has landed the top earners and corporations.

I can point to at least 16 that were big steps back. And more years of that is exactly what we'll get if we nominate Jill Stein for president and primary Nancy Pelosi.

jumping off a cliff or slow progress as you commented above.

It doesn't have to be bold action. Just action in favor of people, and not solely action in favor of the 1% or Wall Street.

My comment is stating that the progress over the last 30 years, which has favored high earners, Wall Street, and corporations; were not done in baby steps. They repealed and lowered fairly consistently with action, while the incrementalism approach has done little to stop that tide, or turn favor for the people.

    •  Where's all those Executive Actions (0+ / 0-)

creating new jobs? Or something? I saw the "consideration" of trying to get our infrastructure repairs started the other day (I'll look for the link if anyone needs me to).

Finally! How long has THAT been sitting? How many more Incremental Years does THAT take if we take back the House and keep the Senate this year?

      Anybody? Bueller? Hello?

This all started with "what the Republicans did to language".
