    ...by individuals and then shared.

    That being said, as we've learned from NSA document disclosures in the past nine months, the intelligence community DOES turn on web cams and audio, both on PCs and on smartphones, remotely, without the end-user ever being aware of those realities.

      If you used Yahoo and a webcam, they took pics during those encounters.

      If my kids used yahoo to talk with Grandma, they took pics from those encounters.

        ...a representative still shot from the webcamming that was occurring. So, yes, if your family was webcamming with someone, they'd be taking representative screens of the session(s).
