    I see no conflict with continuing to provide assistance in providing drugs to treat HIV/AIDS.  However we should not be supporting any institution or organization that is violating human rights.  

    I don't want to harm the people of Uganda, but also don't want to help any homophobe at home or abroad.  Its a difficult ethical dilemma.  Could the solution be smart sanctions against political and clerical leadership that supports the law?  Or what about applying the Alien Tort Statue?  

    I'm a 4 Freedoms Democrat.
