  •  CPAC is not crazy enough for Steve King (3+ / 0-)
King in a statement this afternoon said he “will neither speak at nor attend the Conservative Political Action Conference,” which starts Thursday in the Washington, D.C. area.

Instead, he will “join with other notable conservative leaders” at the National Security Action Summit hosted by EMPAct America, Breitbart and the Center for Security Policy, his news release says.

An article posted on the conservative website Breitbart.com says that “pro-life leaders have noticed that not a single panel or specific speaker on life issues has been scheduled for the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), which is supposed to be the preeminent annual gathering of conservatives in America.” There is no panel or workshop dedicated marriage issues, either, the article says. link
