    We all use the same basic biochemistry--so much so that a human and a banana share over 50% of their DNA.

    We all use the same four nucleotides in our DNA--and all our DNA uses the same codons.

    As for multicellular animal life, it's all basically of the same pattern, from a fruit fly to a human---a tube, with a variety of things sticking out from it.

    In the end, reality always wins.
