    this is actually a good thing. Hopefully, they'll realize their being screwed by coal and put up a very big fight.
    Then it gets shifted over to stockholders, and investors don't see coal as all that good of an investment anymore. Hopefully then the taxpayers will get tired of subsidizing Wall Street profits while they're getting double-dinged with their energy costs, too.

    You can't make this stuff up.
