    but it's an important difference. They run Windows For Embedded Computing. It is based on Windows XP but it has different terms of service for security updates, etc.

    Food processed to be nothing more than simple starches with two dozen flavorings and stabilizers added to make it appear to be food isn't "food". It's "feed" -- what you give to livestock to fatten them up for slaughter.

      connected to the public Internet and they don't run arbitrary software so they're exposed to far fewer sources of corruption than general-purpose machines.
