    in the past decade or so. The poverty rate has dropped and other indicators have improved. Certainly a long way to go, but luckily for them they don't have giant fossil fuel deposits. That seems to lead to long term suffering for most every nation that isn't European.

    If knowledge is power and power corrupts, does that mean that knowledge corrupts?

        in 2012.

        It's still relatively high, but much lower than it used to be.

        I have a feeling that the right cheated their way into this being a contested election after looking at the real improvements that have taken place while the left has been in power. On top of the obvious problem I pointed out earlier.

          ...with the government's view that the best or only way to reduce levels of violence from astronomical to extremely high is to empower gang leaders by recognizing and ratifying their authority.
