    I thought it was all legal. Can't have a crime if you don't investigate it, I guess.

    You also can't find a responsible entity if you don't investigate it. Looks like a twofer.

    So screwed up.

      part of the (gasp!) Joint Task Force who just fell down on the job in protecting the citizens of their states.

      They all had to know that there were few if any subpoenas, discovery motions, or actual investigations going on regarding the great mortgage and financial swindles that decimated their cities and towns.

      It was a bi-partisan screw-over.
