    between folks who appreciate the significance of the 4th Amendment, and folks who'd like to regulate some privacy in the private sphere as well.

    WinSmith, on the other hand, seems mostly interested in acting as an agent of MiniTrue.  This seems pretty conscious behavior, given the username.

      If you truly bought the letter of the 4th Amendment, then every time you check the "ok" box on that long user agreement before you sign in to Twitter, Google, Apple, Gmail, iChat, Instagram, or any of the other private services, you'd know that you surrender your privacy rights at the door of technological access.

      It was precisely my point that the 4th Amendment needs to be extended not only in the government, but also in all private companies planting hidden cookies on your computer every time you read an article.

      But I'm a fascist apologist or something because I don't kiss Snowden's ass and thank him for gifting us mere mortals with his supreme generosity, or something.
