    right wing politician in close proximity to power with extreme views even for Russians - it's vice premier Dmitry Rogozin, he had party Rodina which advocated rights of Russians everywhere, in national republics and in former Soviet countries.

    However he never seem to cross the line between nationalism and ultra-right ideology, never advocated racist views, never tried to organize militants like Ukraine's Svoboda.

    Kremlin ruthlessly (probably by bribes, posts) engineered dissolution of Rodina, while its firebrand leader's energy was directed to NATO (where Rogozin was envoy) and right now he deals with weapon makers and space industry.

    As for other members of Putin's administration I don't know any who could be branded right wing let alone ultra right wing.
