I tire of hearing a bunch of automatons, one after the other spewing forth, all using the same words and phrases about anything the President is for or against
I especially detest statements that start with "All" Americans are against Affordable Care'" Or All Americans are opposed to background checks for gun purchasers" I wish some reporter with the ability and courage would ask, "How do you know that all Americans are for or against something?" Did you contact all Americans?
I have a simple solution for our problems. On contentious issues, Congress instead of voting 50 odd times on an issue that has failed 50 odd times make and pass a resolution to referandize those contentious issues.
I suspect they would be against that referandizing because it would show how capable the American people are and how completely useless Congress is.

But I think they use the repeated vote to run down the clock in lieu of nothing else to do.  They work fewer days and still have too much time on their do nothing hands.  Hence, the repeated outrage.

If only they could move on to the outrage of dressing dogs in pink poodle skirts.

      1. What does it mean? 2. And then what?
