..and it seems to me that he and republicans are betting they don't need the AA, women's, LGBT, Hispanic or any minority votes.
Ryan is following the "conservative" Phlys Schlafly/Paul Wyrich (ALEC founder and white supremacist) strategy:
It comes in two basic parts. 1) scare the white voters into GOTV and 2) suppress just enough of the Dems voters.

That's the margin the GOP is counting on securing with these racist dogwhistles desgned to attract and energize the worst of the republican base

Paul Ryan is trying to appeal to "the collective" to garner the younger voters. It's a kind of seduction that remains but in too small numbers in todays world - imo

And he is a liar, and not very good at it, So when he is forced to back-track saying:

...there are no jobs and we have a breakdown of the family. This has nothing to do with race,” he insisted.
..he must be hoping that people don't connect him to Charles Murray or his past positions  when there wasn't an AA as Commander in Chief - positions so many republicans are guilty of lying about

Paul Ryan advocates Keynesian economics hypocrisy on government spending stimulus video from UP Chris Hayes

“You have to spend a little to grow a little…What we’re trying to do is stimulate that part of the economy that is on its back”

Democrats supported stimulus under GWB but republicans refuse under Obama. Republicans have proven they will wreck the economy to gain power. They don’t  deserve are unqualified to lead the country in any office top to bottom.

Up with Chris Hayes version (with commercial from website with video) and further discussion of why it matters that Ryan once supported stimulus spending.
