    Do you have any access to Hospice folks where you live?  My local facility has a weekly, open grief group for anyone (ie don't require loved one to have stayed there).  I've found being in that intimate, supportive circle to be very helpful: no one thinks "it's been long enough", no one is uncomfortable re tears, folks are nodding and smiling re other's sharing.  Very Supportive.

    If they don't have something for you (doubtful) I bet they'd have a suggestion.
