    Of course, that issue today is determined solely by financial/management issues, although arguably, if a corporate owner interjects his or her religious beliefs into the corporation, that should certainly be a factor that would be considered by the courts.

      choosing to identify the entity with the owner's "self".  While only one factor in piercing, it could very well become a deciding one.
