    Scalia wrote the opinion in Smith that said individuals did not have a religious right to ingest peyote, even though it's part of their Native American church practice and affects no one else. So it'll be interesting to see how he contorts himself to say that corporations do have a religious right to infringe on others. Not that he can't do it! No one ever said consistency mattered with this court, especially when corporations are in play.

      I don't know how he'll do it, but a guy who can call himself an "originalist" while interfering in a state's electoral process and equating corporate money to individual speech, will manage the contortion somehow.
