  •  MLK Center (3+ / 0-)

It's under the National Park Service as a national historic site. So it's free for the general public, and deeply moving to visit. Soon the street car can transfer tourists between the Olympic sites and the MLK Center. So not a bad setup.

That's totally worth it. Maybe in the context of a trip to Memphis, Atlanta, and Nashville. Some music touring and learning about the civil rights movement.

Another great park is the Grand Canyon, located in gun nut friendly Arizona. Who's going to boycott the Grand Canyon? The logic of this diary seems to point to Arizona being on this list.

I swear I'm not working for any Georgia tourist agency. I just am stunned by a) the inanity of this diary and b) how so many Atlantans don't even know what is here.

    •  Drive past it every day mon-fri (0+ / 0-)

And that is a worthy destination, but Georgia isn't like  Montana or Alaska or Colorado, with stunning places to see.

      That's all I meant.

      Legal means "good".

      •  Meh. It's probably more related to the fact that (0+ / 0-)

nobody wants to visit where they live.

Particularly when they drive by it everyday on their way to work.

Those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.
