  •  Hahahaha, GOPers. High-Lare-Ree-Us. (9+ / 0-)

Hey!  Anyone else remember when we had a president who often forgot what he was saying and rambled on and had to be told what to say next by his wife?  Remember how effing OUTRAGED the GOP was if anyone even whispered the word "Alzheimers" about Reagan?

    Yeah.  Thought so.

My mom has Alzheimer's. I'm not going to get all puffed up with outrage. It is what it is. I expect nothing better from Republicans.

And I don't think the fool was making fun of Alzheimer's so much as trying to seed doubt in the minds of those whose minds are easily seeded, fertile soil, so to speak. Merde between the ears.

There are so many more important things we could be outraged about. This guy's lack of class, tact and social intelligence falls pretty far down my list.

agree completely.  It is what it is.  I just get tired of their double standard.  The IOKIYAR attitude is revolting.  When one of their folks ACTUALLY (and obviously) had a problem, they attacked anyone who even tried to speculate about it. Where are the outraged GOP voices on this case?

I just hope that mocking the natural sort of forgetfulness that everyone is prone to as we age will NOT be greeted kindly by their own chosen--and increasingly senior--constituency.

Low info folks are ripe for this crap.  Too many are in this category.

it was more like totally smug that the dumbass electorate elected him not once, but twice.

Kinda showed them that they could do * anything * with the right messaging.
