    is just asking for mischief.  We lost a solid blue district last time out due to 4 Dems splitting the vote and ending up behind 2 Rs.  Primaries should be for voters registered to their respective parties only.

      Californians, not for the first time, were sold a bill of goods about this.  However, I don't see how Khanna, who seems like a worthless piece of human wreckage, violated any law by acting strategically within the absurd structure of the top-two system.  Since when is it illegal to recruit people to run, regardless of the circumstances?
