  •  Yeah, it sure is interesting that military (0+ / 0-)

    spending is lower than it was during the Cold War as a percentage of GDP, despite the expenditures for Iraq and Afghanistan.

    And in regards to the military expenditures of the Soviet Union as a percentage of GDP.... wow, at 15.8% at the end it is no wonder that their construct collapsed.
