        There was quite a bit of volatility in 2012's gubernatorial race. Things weren't really that consistent in the presidential race either.

          I don't see how those links really comment on the racial dynamics of the electorate, but then, maybe that's not what ColoDem meant anyway.

            I think it's fair to say racial turnout is pretty set in New Hampshire. But I don't think that keeps New Hampshire from being very elastic in how it votes partisan-wise.

              can relate to preferences as well as composition. If he meant preferences, I agree that NH is very elastic, given its wild swings every few years. The way to make sense of ColoDem said was to think he might have meant the racial make up of the electorate.
