    I haven't yet seen one - not one! - of these so-called "public-private partnerships" that don't amount to a free ride for the private "partner" in the arrangement.

    They're nothing but a trough for corrupt pigs to feed at.

      Early in the republic, e.g. the first national bank, the Erie Canal. But once railroad and telegraph companies started buying politicians, the fix was in. In concept PPP's are a good idea, and done right they can still benefit many people. But all too often they're all about corporate socialism.
