    Because you can't answer my question. If you can't quote Ford, or use any of his achievements, then the same goes for FDR and anyone else who has done something on that level.

    If you support FDR but say Ford is evil, then you're nothing less than a hypocrite.

    Both men had good and bad sides, and did some things right and some things wrong.

    It's hypocritical to say FDR should be emulated, but that Ford can't even be praised for any small thing he might have done. Hypocritical in the extreme.

    FDR interned the Japanese. Most of them lost their homes, all that they had worked for, and many died in the camps. People spent years in those camps - ask George Takei.

    But hey, FDR is still a progressive hero, while Ford is not. Okey-dokey.

    They were both human beings, and both did some good. It's disingenuous (and smacks of an agenda) to claim otherwise.
