    at a trickle when people who don't have health insurance show up at the ER needing care.  That will also serve as a way to get people signed up.

    One day, maybe Doctors Without Borders can go back to third world countries instead of setting up camps in red states.  Geez, what an embarrassment.

    Thanks to Charles Gaba and Dkos for keeping the spotlight on the ACA.  Next up: single payer.

      uses the life changing event exemption (having a child is one) to sign up woman throughout the year. Losing your job, divorce, having a kid all allow you to sign up on the exchange after the end of the open enrollment period. An aggressive push could get another 100,000 signed up, as new moms want to do best by their kids.

      I also wonder how long it will be until family courts start using the exchanges as part of the child support system.
