    I dont think Russia really gives a shit about our human rights credibility, only our military might. Since they know we have do desire or obligation to use it to defend Ukraine, they had the upper hand. Big time.

      You never encourage people to overthrow someone unless you're prepared to defend them. We should have learned that from Hungary. Yet we made the same mistake in 1991 with Iraq when Bush I encouraged the Iraqis to rise up against Saddam. And we made the same mistake this year. Nuland should be fired.
