    fuzzy golfballs with tails and attitude. I've counted 20 at our suet feeder in the winter. Have you seen a nest yet? A beautifully woven tube of lichen and spiderweb and moss and fluff, often hidden in the lowest branches of a doug fir.

      I'd never seen them here before, and they departed as quickly as the came, so we're probably not in prime nesting habitat.  Funny how you mention the fuzzy golfballs, as that's what I was looking for.  The ones on the feeder were quite sleek and not puffed up, so it took me a while to figure out what I was looking at.
