System as swiped from Wall Street boiler rooms by the GOPers in the 2000s. Mingling high quality offerings with iffy/dishonest offerings is a standard tool.

"High population densities require large-scale, centralized energy sources such as hydropower , coal with carbon-capture and sequestration (CCS), advanced nuclear, and natural gas, along with the efficient networked configurations of gas pipelines and electricity grids."
That's the core argument. However, while hydropower and nuclear are proven technologies, there is no such thing as "coal with carbon-capture and sequestration." That's a fantasy. Coal always burns dirty and natgas is only fractionally better for CO2 production.

Professionally argued, yes! But still a scam.
