    Remember the "banks" were left in charge of compensating people who were screwed over in the mortgage crisis , and they failed miserably , will this turn out the same way ? 3 years from now will they find that only1/8 of the people have been repaid ?       I know, because I've received a check in a class action lawsuit against a credit card company for one of their scams.  I believe it was $8.73.  I had a difficult time figuring out how to spend it all.

        The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is set up to enforce these issues the same way

        Unfortunately ,  the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau also addressed the employer issued pay cards they use instead of issuing people actual pay check , yet a friend of mine got screwed out of $400.00 by her employer , my understanding was that employers were not allowed to use those at all now , but there is no one to enforce these laws  

        They told her that was the only way they would pay her , then ripped her off
