    I have significantly revised it after speaking to someone involved in the Colorado Community Rights Network who filled me in about the complex situation they have there with three groups sponsoring nine different ballot measures.

    The Colorado Community Rights Network is sponsoring ballot measure #75 which is inclusive and comprehensive to ensure that communities can use their rights of self-governance to protect themselves against any corporate harm and is not limited to fracking.

    There is another measure Local Control which is backed by national Food & Water Watch and another group which is sponsoring a multitude of measures, none of them apparently rights-based.
