    Republican:  Isn't that what it's all about when you go to DC?  You get into politics to get rich, and not legislate ethical policies for the good of the commons these days....

    Not surprised, but I feel very badly for all those that voted for this turd.

      I might have been wrong.

      I have a hard time with the ad hom, though, because I know the man and some of his family, and I happen to like him personally.

        along with many others didn't realize the "pig in a poke" you voted for.

        I think this type of "Manchurian Candidate" candidate strategy might be witnessed more and more as time goes on.  These cretins will do anything to get the votes and the power to win.  They will say anything, and sometimes nothing, to fool the voting public.
