    All about those suburban voters and outreach.

    Repubs can draw in entire rural regions and still have nothing if loosing those close city suburban areas.

    These nonsensical "block to block" jigsaw districts can just as easily be their doom.

    •  If anything good can be said about the process... (0+ / 0-)'s that the minute a district has been redrawn, it's makeup begins altering through the naturally-occurring events above, and that it takes place only once every ten years.

      A lot happens in ten years (if it didn't, they wouldn't need to keep re-jiggering them).
