  •  I have a theory about smoking (0+ / 0-)

In the days when everyone smoked everywhere. Things were made better, people got along better, the music was better. People thought the problem thought and fixed things. Look at the movie Apollo 13, everyone smoked and they brought back the guys.

Wouldn't it be weird if one could trace all of the violence, and incompetence that is the state of life today to cigarettes? Or lack there of.

Well I'm just a tree, but if I were you I'd listen to your GHOST FRIEND! Howard-Big Bang Theory

    •  Your theory is baseless. n/t (0+ / 0-)
    •  Seems silly (0+ / 0-)

Until you realize nicotine is a self-medication for those who trend toward ADD, and how prevalent ADD is among criminals and the prison population.

It really may be as simple as, when people could hang around smoking cigarettes, that kept them occupied, while now they don't have that option, so they get up to trouble.

Again seems silly, but there is actually a big nugget of truth there.
