  •  exactly, e-cigs are about harm reduction not (0+ / 0-)

    perfection...

My Doc was delighted when I switched........ from crunching up dry leaves, wrapping them in paper, lighting them on fire and breathing in the smoke  to a little vapor with nicotine and flavor added............

The PG used in my juice anyway isn't antifreeze like they say, it's the same damn chemical used in a nebulizer to carry the asthma medicine.....Really the only suspect part is the flavor as we don't really know what is in them.

I mix my own juice....when I started I bought one bottle from the store and realized I wanted control of what went into the vaporizer so I  found a U.S. supplier of U.S. made and USP listed nicotine, PG and VG....The flavors I only use U.S. or European made, nothing from China but the equipment and I use a Protank or Protank2 most of the time just in case of plastic leaching.....

So I wouldn't mind some regulation of imported juice as that is where it could get dangerous and if they will feed Melamine to their neighbors kids, I don't doubt they would use whatever the cheapest possible thing they could pass off for e-juice........

It seems to me however that these Congressmen are just trying to kill the only thing I and many others have found to get off of cigs.....it was telling that one complaint was no tax on the ecigs.......I wonder how much tobacco cash they have respectively taken......
