it's the Tyrant Reagan's grazing fees?

Yes, Bundy and his militia friends have demonized the tyrannical Federal government for demanding reasonable fees for grazing our modern-day commons, and right wing pundits and bloggers are fond of personalizing the dictatorial lawlessness of President Obama.  BUT, it's gotta be a bit embarrassing for them to tell the American public that it was not by act of Congress that the current fees for grazing public land were determined in 1986 and that the Departments of Agriculture and Interior was charged to set and exact those fees by a formula determined by Ronald Reagan.

Yes, it is by way of an imperious executive decree of Saint Ronnie that Bundy and his neighbors are yoked with those onerous obligations to a distant overlord.

I guess that's just too awkward a fact for Sean Hannity, Mike Huckabee or Rush Limbaugh to mention just now.

I would say it is worth writing a diary all it's own. I'm sure this thread is much too stale for the point you are making to reach as many people as it should.
