    that would include day-care and vocational counseling and training and transportation to work.

    I would also endow huge scholarship programs.

    I would donate scads of money to the arts.

    I would have a great time trying to leave a positive mark on society.

      also, including very large acreage centers to house and take of homeless vets and their families and include any and all medical treatment necessary. But not built like apartments; more like spread-out bungalow homes with square-foot gardens; not crowded together. Both a sense of space and a tight community helps for healing. Nobody in this country should sleep on sidewalks, in cars or behind dumpsters. I would spend it mostly all on charity, to help strangers having a rough go because of circumstances in life. Probably keep a couple mil for myself, truth be told. Go on a few travels that I never could because of work/career...SSK
