    President.

Much as I love HRC, she wouldn't be. FauxNoise and its sychophants and the far right would have far too many field days ripping her up one side and down the other for everything from Benghazi to Monica (and don't forget those damn cattle futures market results).

Is the time ripe for a woman in the White House? You bet.
I just don't think Hillary Clinton is the right woman for the job, now. I thought, a decade ago, she would be perfect as the first woman President.

Now, I am not so sure. She's a wonderful Senator, and she's certainly earned her place in anybody's pantheon of heroic leaders for the work she's done.

I feel for her much like I did for Adm. James Stockwell back when Ross Perot was running. She's been through more than enough hell for one lifetime already. Give her a break.

Of course there are valid policy reasons that some Democrats hold against Hillary Clinton.  This person expressed none of them.  Her criticism was entirely sexist.  Stay home and take care of her husband and grandchildren?  Hello?  Would anyone tell Rand Paul or Mitt Romney or any male candidate to stay home and tend to the home fires?  Of course not and that is the point.  Whatever you think of Hillary you should demand that criticism of her refrain from sexist tropes.

      It's the Supreme Court, stupid!
