by an ever incompetent FBI. Under that definition a lawsuit could be defined as "terrorism", or a roadblock.

Just more self-serving bullshit to criminalize dissent.

How about threats against mds who perform abortions?
What about the "Army of God" website that posted a list of targets, 3 of whom were murdered.

Are these political action groups as Sarah Palin would have you believe; or are they terrorists or something else?

Terrorist is a pretty good description.

and threat levels of opponents is exactly what the FBI wants to accomplish, which is why they equate Occupy with violent abortion bombers.

As well as other peace activists/protesters and have been caught doing so.  Often nuisance charges are brought by local police, as a means of harassing groups, but I wasn't aware that charges of terrorism had been leveled against peaceful protesters.

My point is that people don't need to die in order for an act of terrorism to have been committed.  Continued threats against a md who performs abortions fits the bill or a group of 1000+ armed men/women threatening federal Marshall's carrying out a court order, because they don't recognize the federal govt.

If I pull a gun on a law enforcement officer, I go to jail or don't survive the encounter.
