At 3 cm/s^2 centripetal acceleration due to Earth's rotation is barely noticeable.  Earth's orbit around the sun imparts only a half centimeter per second square.  The sun's orbit about the galactic center? 2 x 10^-11 cm/s^2

All this is negligible compared to the nearly 10 *m/s^2*acceleration due to gravity pulling you to Earth's surface.
