  •  But Wisconsin and Ohio have solid Democratic bases (0+ / 0-)

The problem with 2010 was a combination of an energized Republican base who "wanted their country back" and the crazy idea of some Democrats who somehow thought that by staying home and not voting they were sending a 'message' to the Obama administration and of other Democrats who were lured into voting for a Republican because "what's the worse that could happen?" Well, they found out what was the worst that could happen. We now have to deal with redrawn Congressional districts that are going to be around for a while. Thankfully Senate and Governor elections are state-wide so Republicans can't jigger the numbers.

Everyone who repeats the lie the the 2010 shellacking was caused by disappointed Democrats staying home is as much of a goddamned liar as Jenny McCarthy saying that vaccines cause autism or North Carolina Republicans saying there's no such thing as anthropogenic climate change.

Not if they let Walker and Kasich get elected in off-year elections.

      Censorship is rogue government.
