    doing the same work that his/her employees now do, I bet these kinds of workplace injuries are much less common.  If you're a machinist or a line chef or an arborist, you've been around the lathes and the flames and the chainsaws, and you know about worker safety firsthand.  I'm sure that would make you much less likely to shortcut around worker protections than an MBA who has never worked anywhere except behind a desk.
