    ...or a severely competitive employment environment (which the plutocrats have already eliminated) they never will.  After all, they've spent the last 34 years stealing all of our productivity gains, so what's going to stop them from stealing our healthcare savings?

      Nothing at all.

      But the current exchanges aren't setup to accommodate a giant slice of the American public. Either increased participation will force more providers onto the exchange and hopefully leverage more price competition, or

      political pressure will build for another round of major reform. And next time, with the bulk of Americans receiving healthcare that's not employer provided, it will be much harder for the GOP to stay away from the bargaining table.
