    Copying words from a web page may not be what the CC has in mind but is not a violation of what the teacher asks for her to do.
    Are you saying that the teacher explicitly approves of cut-and-paste plagiarism?

    If so, the problem isn't in the standard.

    The word "parent" is supposed to be a VERB, people...

        I'm rather horrified that a university professor would be encouraging or enabling or allowing his own kid to just copy/paste in this way. How do you deal with students in your own classes who submit plagiarized, or bought, work? Do they get to decide on their own whether your assignments are worthy of their time and effort to produce original work?
