    ...and our "allies" go along with it.  The slice of the pie has become a "sliver" for low income folks, forced to fight other low income folks for this sliver.  

    Yet the low income make the greatest sacrifice paying taxes by paying up to 19% of their paltry incomes into our state and federal revenue. If Bill Gates paid the same proportion, it would put his state not only in the black but it would fund many other things the state desperately needs to address, AND he would still have tens of billions of $$$ to "eke" out his living, while low income people do without all the time to pay them.

    It is time to unite and force the questions away from who is or is not "more'deserving" of the tiny sliver they leave for the poor. The question should be why isn't the the slice of this pie is not made being bigger for all who need it ???!!!
