    There was not one president in office during that time. The time lapsed spanned the terms of Reagan, Bush I, and Clinton -- three presidents from 1986 to 1996.

    I think that fairly well establishes my statement was correct.

    Major Supreme Court decisions are not overturned from presidency to presidency.  Most decisions are in place for many years before being overturned.
    That means from one presidency to the next. Not "never." And note the word "most."

    My statement stands. You provided one example. And it didn't even prove your objection.
