  •  I'm not angry at you. I can't help but agree. (0+ / 0-)

She has the gravitas to be President, but I will never get over her yea vote on Iraq.  It is a real conundrum for me.

    •  I don't much like Hillary's politics, (2+ / 0-)

But she will be better than any Republican they would put up.  and she is the one with the chance to win.  Better to win with a lukewarm candidate than lose.
but what we really need is to get out the vote and get both the house and senate to tip to the Democrats.  but I just read that 52% of Americans have never heard of the Koch Brothers, who are now running the country with their money.  Why are so many not paying attention?

They're all watching Fox, and that propaganda machine makes sure their viewers are the most misinformed people in the country.

      •  I don't know why so many are not paying (0+ / 0-)

attention.  Sometimes I rationalize and say it's because they're working so hard and don't have time.  Other times I say it's because we're living in such an under-educated society, they don't realize how much of an impact politics/big money plays in their lives.  Whatever the reason, it's really got to change if our democracy is to survive.

As far as Hillary's concerned, I do think she's brilliant (which is why I still can't understand her vote on Iraq).  She is head and shoulders smarter than anyone the Republicans have got.  And, in reality, she's the only Democrat tough enough to combat the lies and withstand the mud slinging from the other side.   All things considered, she is our best bet.
