    thing called democracy and they already lost.  Their idea of a post-takeover 'committee' smacks more of the French and Russian revolutions than the American revolution they claim as a model.  The American revolution was of necessity decentralized because we were a mostly rural country with few cities and those cities very spread out geographically and the power we were fighting was 3000 miles away.  The French and Russian revolutions were perforce centralized because the power they were fighting was centralized (Paris and St. Petersburg oh no it was Petrograd then, St. Petersburg sounded too German).  George Washington and most of our subsequent presidents would have simply had these poor saps shot in the street or at least locked up.  But the 'tyrant' they claim to hate simply laughed at them.
